The path
Three steps
up.

Painter
Cut, roll, spray. Learn the prep that makes the finish, on real multi-unit jobs, with people who care whether the line is straight.

Finisher
Cross-train onto trim. Baseboard, casing, sills, and the spackle and caulk that make the painter's day easier. Black shirt.

Carpenter
Run the cut list. Lead a unit. The five-year plan is a full-service builder, and the carpenters in this crew are where that starts.
