Multi-unit turnovers
Trim and paint delivered unit by unit by one crew, so each unit is finished in one pass and the schedule has no hand-off gap. Spray finishing for new construction.

Office, retail and hospitality interiors. Casing, baseboard and paint to the GC's schedule, with the same crew on every phase.

Capacity
A 15-person crew including part-timers and two finish carpenters, cross-trained so a painter can prep and a finisher can cut in. Enough to run a building, small enough that Seb is on site.

Safety
The company started as a safety consultancy. The owner is a certified 3M fall-protection trainer and runs the course for other contractors. Our crews arrive already trained.

02The combined crew
Three steps.
One mobilization.
Most contractors hand a unit from the trim carpenter to a painter from another company, and the unit sits empty in between. We run one cross-trained crew, so the hand-off happens across the room, not across a week.
Install
Finish carpenters set baseboard, casing and sills. Black shirts. The cut list is done unit by unit so nothing waits on a delivery.
Prep
The same carpenters spackle the nail holes and caulk the joints as they go. No separate prep visit, no gap while someone else is scheduled.
Paint
Painters follow immediately. White shirts. Cut in, roll, done. One mobilization, one contact, one schedule for the whole finish package.
